Our corporate responsibility work is rooted in a genuine belief in equitable opportunity. In India, that means empowering young people from underserved communities, particularly women and girls, through skills-based and vocational training that builds self-reliance and purpose. This year, we directed our CSR initiative to Vidya & Child, a partner with over two decades of experience walking alongside children and families from nursery through higher education. Together, we supported 200 children across V&C's schools and after-school programs, and 24 students through the FoundationProgramme, opening pathways to mentoring, career exposure, and vocational and professional study.

Of the 24 students who completed a full year of higher education this year, 13 are girls and 10 are the first in their families to study beyond school. These outcomes reflect our core conviction: knowledge, made truly accessible, changes lives.
